Women in Wellness: Self-Defense & Empowerment with Future Leaders

We're back with the second installment of our Women in Wellness series — a four-part experience designed to support and empower members through mental, physical, and professional well being. This session focuses on physical health and personal safety, equipping you with the confidence and tools to protect yourself in any environment.

Date: Wednesday, June 25th
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 PM (Self-defense begins promptly at 6 PM)
Location: Kimley-Horn (200 S Orange Ave, Suite 500, Orlando, FL 32801)
Cost: $30 (includes session and refreshments)

Enjoy 30 minutes of networking and light refreshments followed by a 60 minutes self-defense class led by Leslie Steinmann, Co-owner of Mean Girl Self Defense. Leslie is a black belt in Jodokdo and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As a certified Kicking-boxing/Self-Defense Instructor with Warrior Defense BJJ (her gym), Leslie is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence and courage through martial arts.

This event is hosted by Future Leaders and is open to all CREW Orlando members!

This event is the second of four sessions dedicated to different aspects of wellness. Please be on the lookout for our future events:
