Marketplace Lunch: Land Use in Full Gear - What is Driving and Stopping Development?

Lowndes is excited to host CREW Orlando’s May Marketplace Lunch featuring Lowndes shareholder, Tara Tedrow, for a compelling and forward-looking discussion on the evolution of land use entitlements in Florida: Land Use in Full Gear- What is Driving and Stopping Development? This session will explore the shifting landscape of entitlement strategies in response to recent legislative changes, policy trends, and market dynamics. Known for her entertaining and dynamic presentations, Tara will walk attendees through disruptive regulatory issues, and how developers, landowners, and local governments can prepare for what’s next. With real-world examples and practical takeaways, this talk promises to be as informative as it is engaging.
Tara Tedrow is a shareholder and practice group leader at Lowndes where she practices land use, zoning, and development law. She represents national and regional clients in securing complex entitlements, negotiating development agreements, and advocating before local governments. Recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers "Rising Star" and named one of Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Tara is a frequent speaker on legislative policy, emerging industries, and regulatory impacts in the built environment.
Lunch will be provided. Please email Lowndes attorney, Nicole Leath, if you have any dietary restrictions or special requests at Nicole.Leath@Lowndes-Law.com.
