CREW exists to transform the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. With that mission in mind, the CREW Orlando Future Leaders Mentorship Program was established. The program aims to help Future Leaders develop their full potential professionally, expand their networks, and gain valuable advice and guidance from experienced mentors. Mentors will benefit from giving back and from sharpening their leadership and communication skills.
The program kicks off with a matching event. There, you will mingle with potential mentors/mentees and will be asked to complete an application for consideration. The program will run for one year and mentors & mentees will meet at a minimum of once per quarter. It is the hope of the Future Leaders that mentors and mentees choose to connect more regularly through phone calls, email, and additional in-person meetings. The program will wrap with a group dinner, where we will celebrate the growth and successes of both mentors and mentees.
Both the mentor and mentee must be active CREW members. Mentees must be of Future Leader age, 35 or under. In order for the program to be successful, both the mentor and the mentee must be committed participants for the duration of the one-year program.
