Women in Wellness: Yoga & Meditation with Future Leaders

Join us for the first installment of our Women in Wellness series — a four-part experience designed to support and empower future leaders through holistic health. This session focuses on mental wellness through a rejuvenating morning of yoga and meditation, led by Future Leaders’ very own certified yoga instructor, Alexis Barry.

Date: Saturday, May 3rd
Time: 9:00 – 10:30 AM (Yoga begins promptly at 9:15 AM)
Location: Ivanhoe Park Brewing, Orlando, FL
Cost: $25 (includes session, refreshments, and one drink)

Your ticket includes a 45-minute yoga and meditation session, followed by 30 minutes of networking and light refreshments. Enjoy a relaxing beverage—beer, seltzer, or mimosa—as you connect with other like-minded women passionate about wellness and leadership.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, we’re happy to provide one with advance notice.

This event is open to all CREW Orlando members who are 35 years of age or under. If that’s you, congratulations—you’re a Future Leader, and this series was made for you!
