Join us for an informative session regarding the latest legislative implications, emerging trends, case studies and practical approaches to maintaining, assessing and repairing commercial properties.

Sheila Preble, PE and Novak Vukasinovic, PE, MBA from Kimley-Horn will present on key aspects of property restoration including condition assessments, structural restoration, Milestone Inspections/SIRS, and more. They will cover essential considerations, address common challenges, and highlight the range of services Kimley-Horn offers to support successful restoration projects.

Attendees will gain valuable knowledge on best practices, cost effective restoration strategies and how to ensure long-term structural integrity.

Enter the 200 South Orange Avenue parking garage from either Church Street or West South Street (west of Orange Avenue). The Church Street entrance goes under the building. The West South Street entrance takes you up into the garage - Pull a ticket from the garage gate – please bring this ticket with you so we can validate - Once in the garage, park in any space that is not reserved. - Take the elevators to the ground floor. Please note the sign next to the elevator that shows what floor you are on – some of the other signs in the garage are confusing. Elevators are along the north wall of the garage (away from South Street), in the center of the garage - Once on the ground floor, take the hallway out of the elevator lobby toward Church Street. - Take first hallway to the right. This will guide you to the double doors of the 200 South Orange Avenue building (past the escalator on the left). Our building is down this hallway. CFS (coffee place) is shown on the left side of this photo. - Once you enter the lobby, ask the Security Guard to give you access to the 5th floor
