Don Fisher is the County Manager of Osceola County, a position he has held since 2010. He is the longest serving County Manager in Osceola County history; one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S. He oversees a $2.8 billion budget and nearly 1,800 employees to ensure delivery of essential community services and planning strategically for community development, while driving continuous improvement.
Commissioner Andria Herr was elected and sworn into the Seminole County District 5 Commissioner’s seat in 2020. She is a mom, wife, and dedicated community and business leader. With 34 years' experience in the insurance industry, Commissioner Herr has translated her client-focused innovation to a platform of advanced service to the citizens of Seminole County.
Kathleen Dial serves Lake County as the Executive Director of Development Services, which includes the offices of Planning and Zoning, Building Services, Code Enforcement, and Economic Development. She is deeply committed to Lake County, where she has lived and raised her family for more than 20 years.
