Jackie Bozzuto

Jackie Bozzuto is a shareholder at Lowndes Law and the Co-Chair of the Hospitality and Leisure Practice Group.

Born and raised around her family’s commercial real estate, investment and management business in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and later in south Florida, Jackie was exposed early on to running businesses smoothly. Her family operated restaurants for a number of years as well, and she transferred her love of all things culinary, wine and travel to advising clients on the operational side of the business. She helps clients, locally, regionally and nationally, streamline their processes, develop acquisition programs and expand their portfolios.

In addition to working with clients nationwide on real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing, and asset sales and purchases, Jackie assists foreign national clients with structuring of foreign investments in US real property for optimal tax structures. Jackie has presented on various topics related to commercial real estate matters for both the hospitality industry and restaurant industries. She has been involved on the boards and committees for both the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association (CFHLA) and Florida Restaurant and Lodging Associations for almost 30 years. Jackie also sits on committees for Governmental Affairs, PAC and PC for CFHLA.
